This year, I had the honor of participating in World Art Dubai 2025, one of the region’s most vibrant and diverse international art fairs. Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, WAD brings together artists, galleries, collectors, and enthusiasts from around the globe in a dynamic celebration of creativity without borders.Representing my practice as a multidisciplinary visual artist and advocate for sustainability in art, I showcased pieces that explore the dialogue between realism, emotion, and nature. By blending traditional media—oil, acrylic, and watercolor—with organic and recycled materials, my works at WAD aimed to spark deeper reflection on humanity’s enduring connection to the environment. One of the highlights of this experience was leading a Family Day Art Workshop at the WAD Studio, proudly supported by Art Concept Club and MESCO Art Supplies. Watching families, children, and art lovers create together was a heartwarming reminder that creativity is a universal language — one that transcends generations, cultures, and backgrounds.Beyond showcasing my work, WAD 2025 opened doors to meaningful conversations, collaborations, and visions. It reaffirmed my belief that art is not only an expression but a bridge — a way to connect ideas, people, and futures.I am deeply grateful to the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai for their encouragement, to my friends who supported and cheered for me throughout this journey, and to the World Art Dubai organizers for their tireless work in creating a platform that nurtures both artists and their dreams. This journey is just the beginning. Thank you, World Art Dubai, for celebrating not only art, but the stories, visions, and advocacies behind every creation.
